The goal of Wellness Counseling Associates is to teach people to navigate life’s struggles with renewed confidence, hope and self-esteem and move forward on the journey toward wellness.
We offer professional counseling to those concerned with a major life challenge such as substance abuse, depression or low self-esteem.
We also provide instruction and coaching for individuals who do not believe they have major problems who want to learn and strengthen life skills in areas such as developing positive relationships, communication or conflict resolution.
The goals of this website are to inform you of our professional services, share our core beliefs and communicate that we value our relationship with those who seek and place trust in our services.
In addition, you will find links to information and resources. You will be able to assess your knowledge level in several areas. Also included are stories, poetry affirmations and quotations that offer hope and lessons learned. I hope you get a chuckle out of a few of the jokes - laughter is a marvelous healer.
